Loved this place! From the moment we walked in we were nicely greeted by the receptionist who immediately made us feel welcomed. Once in the room, Jade explained the procedure in detail to my daughter (since she is the one who was having it done). First off when you enter it is so clean and put together so well. The staff at the front were very polite and professional. I had my laser hair removal session with Ivy and she is AMAZING! She gave me a chance to ask as many questions before during and after. She was very knowledgeable and great at putting you at ease (it was my first time). The actual process was a breeze. I’ve heard horror stories of the pain but the cold air attached to the machine that blew on you made a HUGE difference. I was quite impressed and would absolutely recommend to anyone interested!!

I went to my first appointment there yesterday. When I walked in everyone was very nice and helpful. The bathroom was clean as well as the rest of the place. Everyone there was really friendly. I don’t remember my techs name but she let me ask as many questions about laser as I needed before and after and made the process so easy and it was practically pain free.
