First off when you enter it is so clean and put together so well. The staff at the front were very polite and professional. I had my laser hair removal session with Ivy and she is AMAZING! She gave me a chance to ask as many questions before during and after. She was very knowledgeable and great at putting you at ease (it was my first time). The actual process was a breeze. I’ve heard horror stories of the pain but the cold air attached to the machine that blew on you made a HUGE difference. I was quite impressed and would absolutely recommend to anyone interested!!
