This procedure involves a simple blood draw, done in office by our Registered Nurse. Your blood is then spun in a centrifuge to separate red blood cells and isolate the platelet rich plasma (PRP). Then, using a very tiny needle, the PRP is injected into both the head and the base of the penis. Prior to any injections, an ample amount of local anesthetic (numbing cream) is applied to the injection areas to decrease sensitivity. We also offer the use of Nitrous Oxide for any of our procedures to maximize your level of comfort.
Since this treatment’s contents are natural and contains absolutely zero chemicals or artificial ingredients, there are typically no side effects. The body reacts to the treated areas as it does to a wound and immediately begins to repair the surrounding tissue.
