Microneedling has been shown to reduce the visibility of new, old, and acne-related scars, stretch marks, fine lines, and wrinkles, lax skin, diminish hyperpigmentation, and improve skin tone, texture, and pore size.
Microneedling is done with a pen-like medical device (we use FDA approved Skin Pen®) that creates superficial “micro channels” to the outermost layer of the skin. Creating such channels, allows the skin to repair itself naturally by stimulating skin cells to proliferate. The increased blood supply encourages new collagen production and elastin-rich tissue layers of the skin.
